Price of the PLO-4
Price of PLO poles: from UAH 4,400 to 10,400 each including VAT (as of September 2026), a range for the whole height series. The PLO-4 price within it depends on height and fit-out; the exact price comes from a calculation — tell us the quantity and the delivery place.
The price includes the galvanised shaft and the inspection hatch. The FPO-800-1 anchor cage, brackets, crossarms, delivery and installation are priced separately.

Where PLO-4 is used
The PLO-4 lighting pole is meant for luminaires, floodlights and video surveillance equipment. We recommend PLO poles for trench cable supply: in parks, squares, villages and other sites.
The PLO-4 belongs to the main park range: parks, squares and courtyards mostly use 3–6 m poles. With one-sided spacing such a pole lights a strip up to 4 m wide (a path, a yard); with staggered two-sided spacing, about 6 m.
The hatch at the bottom of the pole is standard. On request we make the pole without a hatch, in a hinged version with a hinged anchor cage, and paint it any colour.
Permitted luminaire area on the PLO-4
Permitted total luminaire area on the PLO-4 (Caer = 1, terrain type III) at different wind pressures; Q and M are the shear force and bending moment at the pole base. Check your own luminaires in the pole selection calculator by area and mass.

Installation and foundation of the PLO-4 pole
The PLO-4 pole stands on a foundation anchor cage: it is placed in the formwork and concreted with the foundation in advance, and the pole flange is bolted to the anchor bolts. More in Foundation anchor cages FPO, FPM, FKM and Lighting pole foundations.

- Brackets KO1 and KO2: KO1(2)-1-1-1.5 (one arm) and KO1(2)-2-1-1.5 (two arms) — the load table is calculated for them.
Material and corrosion protection
For steel 3 mm thick, ISO 1461 requires a mean zinc coating thickness of at least 55 µm (local at least 45 µm). How it is checked: Zinc coating thickness.
The PLO-4 pole in numbers
The pole mass is 37 kg, about 9.2 kg per metre of height. The diameter decreases from 145 mm at the bottom to 60 mm at the top, by about 21 mm per metre.
PLO-4: limits for luminaires on top and on a bracket
From the PLO-3 to the PLO-4, the permitted top area at 400 Pa drops from 2.186 to 1.696 m². That is the constant 145 mm base at work: the pole grows taller, the base does not widen. For a 1-arm bracket the PLO-4 allows 1.223 m², for a 2-arm bracket 0.537 m². At 500 Pa: 1.3, 0.905 and 0.383 m². A pair of 0.25 m², 10 kg luminaires weighs 20 kg and takes 0.5 m². That is allowed at 400 Pa, not at 500 Pa. In that case, consider the PMO-4 with its 0.679 m² limit. A single luminaire on top or on a 1-arm bracket is well within the PLO-4 limits. Mass limit: 50 kg on top, 15 kg per arm. Power arrives by cable in a trench. Pole spacing is roughly 12–16 m, finalised after the lighting calculation.
