Antenna masts

We design and manufacture antenna masts: space lattice towers and masts for telecom antennas and infrastructure sites. Each structure is calculated for the height, equipment and wind region of your site. The price starts from UAH 110,000 per tonne including VAT.

Antenna masts
Applications

Where they are used

The parameters of each tower are set by the technical specification.

Base station towers

Lattice towers for antennas and equipment of telecom operators.

Antenna masts

Supports for radio and radio-relay antennas, up to 70 m in our completed projects.

Infrastructure sites

Supports for equipment at industrial and transport sites.

Additional equipment

The design can include platforms, ladders, lighting and lightning protection.

Advantages

Advantages of lattice towers

Rigid yet light

A space lattice structure combines strength with moderate weight.

Low wind resistance

The lattice lets the wind pass through, which reduces the load on the structure.

Made in sections

The tower is made and transported in sections and assembled on site.

Individual calculation

Height, loads and dimensions are chosen for your site.

Up to 70 m

Our completed AO-35…AO-70 antenna masts reach 70 m. The technical brief sets the height.

Choice of coating

Hot-dip galvanising to DSTU EN ISO 1461:2024 or painting. Red-and-white signal painting when required.

Up to 70 m in completed projects

Fixed to the foundation through a flange

Lattice Antenna Towers: Dimensions and Mass

Data for the AO-29…AO-70 lattice antenna tower series, from working drawings, for wind regions 1-4 and a windward area of antenna/feeder equipment up to 12 m² (to DBN B.1.2-2:2006). For your site we calculate the height, base size and leg sections individually for the actual climate conditions, site footprint and equipment package. Base size is the centre-to-centre distance between the leg base nodes in plan, a square base.

Tower sizes: base, wind region, mass

The tower is fixed to a monolithic reinforced-concrete foundation through a flange at each leg; the reinforcement and embedment depth are calculated from the geotechnical survey of the specific site. Base size does not scale directly with height (e.g. AO-41 and AO-42 share the same base, as do AO-42.5/AO-50/AO-51) — the base also depends on the footprint available on site.

Lattice antenna mast prices

Indicative price from the price list (September 2026, including VAT, excluding delivery and installation): lattice antenna masts for base stations from UAH 110,000 per tonne. We calculate the final cost from the mass of the structure.

What a tower consists of
  • legs (the main load-bearing members)
  • lattice bracing that ties the legs into a space structure
  • bolted or flanged connections between sections
  • foundation anchor cages and anchor bolts
What we take into account
  • tower height and the number of equipment levels
  • weight and area of the antennas and other equipment
  • wind and ice regions, terrain type
  • soils and site constraints
Corrosion protection

Members are protected by hot-dip galvanising to DSTU EN ISO 1461:2024 or painting. Red-and-white signal painting is applied when required.

In completed projects the main members get a factory paint system (primer at least 20 microns plus two coats of alkyd-urethane enamel at least 55 microns each), while bolted connections (fasteners) are hot-dip galvanised to at least 42 microns per DSTU ISO 10684:2008.

Materials and fabrication

Legs and lattice bracing are made of C245 steel; other parts use C345, C245, St3ps4 or VSt3ps4 depending on the node, to the applicable DSTU standards. Bolts are strength class 8.8, nuts class 8.

Fabrication follows TU U 25.1-39573934-001:2016, the design follows DBN B.1.2-2:2006; the static analysis is run in SCAD Office.

Marking and servicing

Daytime marking is horizontal red (orange) and white stripes 5-6 m wide, with the end stripes red; at least two obstruction lights are fitted at the very top of the tower.

Rest platforms on the ladder are provided every 8 m.

Questionnaire: technical assignment form

Fill in the form and email it to us: we will prepare the KM-stage design documentation from it and calculate the price. The PDF is handy to print; the DOCX can be filled in on a computer.

Technical assignment form: telecom tower (antenna pole)

A questionnaire for preparing KM-stage design documentation for a steel polygonal antenna pole. Fill it in and send it to us; we will calculate the price and lead time.

Questions

Lattice towers: frequently asked questions

How tall can antenna masts be?

Up to 70 m in our completed projects (the AO-35…AO-70 series). The exact height is set by the technical specification: the coverage area and the type of equipment.

How much equipment area can the tower carry?

From UAH 110,000 per tonne including VAT, excluding delivery and installation; the final cost depends on the mass of the structure. Our completed AO-35…AO-70 series projects are designed for a windward area of antenna/feeder equipment of up to 12 m². For a larger area we recalculate the leg sections and loads individually for your technical specification.

How is a lattice tower different from a multi-sided one?

A lattice tower consists of legs and bracing and has a space form, while a multi-sided tower is a solid bent shaft. We choose the type by height, loads and site conditions.

How is the tower delivered and installed?

In sections. Installation on site, to a work execution plan, is carried out by a licensed construction partner company.

What do I need to send for a price calculation?

A technical specification: height, equipment (number, weight, area), wind region, terrain type and location. Leave blank whatever you do not know and we will clarify.

What coating do the structures have?

Hot-dip galvanising to DSTU EN ISO 1461:2024 or painting, with red-and-white signal painting when required.

Need a lattice tower or mast?

Send us the specification: height, equipment and location. We will calculate the price and the lead time.
