How we process personal data received through the website, email and phone.
Data controller
The personal data controller is POLYGONAL, Kyiv, info@polygonal.com.ua.
What data and why
Name, phone number, email address and the content of your request — to answer your request, prepare a calculation or proposal, conclude and perform a contract, and keep correspondence.
Legal ground
Your consent, which you give by sending us a form or message; the need to process data to conclude and perform a contract to which you are or will be a party; and the requirements of the legislation of Ukraine.
What we do with the data
We collect, record, store and use it for the stated purpose, and delete it when the purpose is achieved or you withdraw consent. We do not sell the data or pass it to third parties, except as the law requires and to providers that help us reply to you (mail, hosting).
Your rights
- to know what data of yours we process and why;
- to demand correction of inaccurate data or its deletion;
- to withdraw consent — write to info@polygonal.com.ua;
- to complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or to a court.
Retention
We keep data until the purpose of processing is achieved or consent is withdrawn, unless the law requires longer storage.
