What to include in a request

So that we can calculate the cost and lead time faster, state in your message or attach to your email:

• KM or KMD drawings, a sketch or a photo of the product;
• the steel grade and the number of products;
• coating requirements: hot-dip galvanising, painting or no coating;
• the scope of control you need and the documents that must come with the products;
• the desired lead time.

Leave out anything you do not know and we will clarify. More in the article How to order poles and masts.

What happens after your request

• we review the drawings or sketch and, if needed, clarify any missing data by phone or email;
• we calculate the cost and lead time: the typical manufacturing lead time is 3–4 weeks if the product is not in stock, and we confirm the exact time after the calculation;
• the prices given exclude delivery: the delivery cost is determined separately, and we carry out delivery if needed;
• installation is carried out by a licensed construction partner company, and its cost is calculated separately each time;
• we manufacture the products with quality control at each stage of production and hand them over to the customer, and the warranty on the products is 2 years.
