Road Barrier Equipment
We set up turnkey production lines for road safety barriers. The equipment is supplied directly to the customer together with a maintenance programme, after-sales support and staff training.

A road barrier production line is a set of mills and units that make barriers and posts: barrier profiling, support posts, stamped components, ties and diagonal parts.
Production lines
Cooperation with leading European companies lets us apply technological solutions of a high technical level.
Barrier profiling line
Production of two-wave and three-wave road barriers.
Post line
Profiling of C and U support posts.
Stamped components lines
Post base plates and the barrier end stamp.
Bracing and diagonal parts line
Automatic production of bracing and diagonal parts.
Advantages of road barrier equipment
Turnkey lines
Design, supply, installation, commissioning and staff training.
One specialist runs the line
Process automation: control of the production phase is entrusted to a single specialist.
Service and support
Equipment comes with a maintenance programme and after-sales support.
Manufacturing experience
Many years of experience in developing and producing road safety barriers.
Full set of lines
Profiling of barriers and posts, stamped components, bracing and diagonal parts, and coil slitting.
Barrier types
Two-wave and three-wave barriers, C and U support posts, post base plates and the barrier end stamp.

Road barrier manufacturing equipment: technical specifications
Line composition
- a two- or three-wave barrier profiling line
- a U- and C-type post profiling line
- an automatic line for post base plates
- an automatic line for barrier bracing
- a barrier end stamp
- an automatic longitudinal slitting line for coiled metal
Approach
The aim is to optimise and increase production capacity through automation. All equipment is supplied directly to the customer with a maintenance programme and after-sales support; the operating staff is trained.
How to choose the line configuration for your products
The equipment we offer is selected to match the list of parts that make up your barrier. Work through the list as follows:
- barriers: according to its stated specifications, one line profiles both two-wave and three-wave barriers, so you do not need a separate machine for each type. The coil width depends on the barrier type, because the blank for a three-wave profile is wider than for a two-wave one; we clarify how to switch from one type to the other during the calculation;
- C and U posts: the line makes posts from 1500 to 5000 mm long, and the types of holes along the post depend on the model, so check your drawing against this;
- base plates, the barrier end stamp, bracing and diagonal parts: these have separate lines; if you buy such parts ready-made, the matching lines may not be needed;
- the slitting line cuts a wide coil into strips of the required width: it makes sense if you buy wide coils; if the metal arrives already slit, you can leave it out.
The line parameters are given in the article Road barrier production lines.
What to prepare for an enquiry
Send what you know and leave the rest blank: we will clarify the details.
- the types of barriers and posts and your customer’s requirements for the finished barrier;
- the required output and the form in which the metal is supplied (coil or strip);
- workshop floor area, crane availability, power supply and where the parts will be galvanised.
Plan the staffing as well: according to the stated specifications, each of the beam, support post, base plate and bracing lines is run by one operator, and training of the operating staff is included in our offer.
The stated output of a line is its pace while it is running, so allow for coil changeovers and set-up in your planning; an example of such a calculation is given in the article on the lines.
If you do not have a galvanising shop of your own, we can galvanise the parts for you with no minimum order; for the process itself, see the article Hot-dip galvanising technology. If you plan a shop of your own, see galvanising plant equipment, which we also offer.
How the work proceeds
The order of work: a site visit, equipment selection, design and supply, supervised installation, start-up and staff training. We do not quote lead times or costs in advance: we calculate them on request.
The equipment is supplied with a maintenance programme and after-sales support, and the organisation of maintenance and repairs is covered in the article on maintenance of industrial equipment. Before series production, make a trial batch, including galvanising.
Articles about road barrier manufacturing equipment
Road barrier equipment: frequently asked questions
What does a turnkey line include?
Barrier and post profiling lines, stamped components, bracing and diagonal parts, and a coil slitting line.
Do you train the staff?
Yes. We train the operating staff and provide after-sales support.
What do I need to send for a proposal?
A list of products (barrier and post types), the required output and the available floor space. Leave blank whatever you do not know and we will clarify.
Do I have to order all the lines in the set?
The configuration depends on your products, so we determine it during the calculation from the list of parts. If you buy some of the parts ready-made, we discuss separately whether the corresponding lines are needed.
How much does a line cost and when can it be started up?
We do not quote a price or lead time in advance: they depend on the line configuration and the readiness of the site. We prepare a proposal based on the product list and the floor space data.
