Foundation anchor cages and anchor bolts
A foundation anchor cage is a frame with anchor bolts (studs) that is cast into the foundation beforehand, so the pole is later set on the studs with no fitting on site. We make FPO, FPM and FKM cages for lighting columns, floodlight masts and catenary masts. FPO anchor cages start from UAH 1,500 each including VAT.
Types of anchor cages
Three main series by purpose; PMV masts have their own FPMV series. The mark gives the dimensions of the cage and the variant; the D/n entry gives the diameter and number of anchors.
FPO cages
For lighting columns: park, street and road. The mark gives the cage height in mm and the variant number, for example FPO-1200-2.
FPM cages
For PM-series floodlight masts (12–20 m) and multi-sided lightning masts; PMV masts use FPMV cages.
FKM cages
For catenary masts with anchor fixing (BKM).
Scope of supply and anchor bolts
One pole, one cage; the number of anchors in a batch is the n of the D/n entry times the number of cages.
Advantages
No fitting on site
The anchors sit exactly under the holes in the bottom flange of the pole: once the foundation is cast, the pole is set on the studs and tightened with nuts.
Sizes for each pole series
FPO for lighting columns, FPM for floodlight masts and lightning masts, FKM for BKM catenary masts.
Separately from the pole
We also supply the cages separately, for example when the foundation is prepared in advance and the pole is ordered later.
Steel S245/S345
The cages are made of steel S245/S345 to DSTU 8539:2015.
The right cage for each mast
PM masts use FPM cages and PMV masts use FPMV cages: their anchor layouts differ.
The mark shows the size
The cage mark gives its height in mm and the variant number, for example FPO-1200-2.

Anchor cage prices
Indicative prices from the price list (September 2026, including VAT, per piece, excluding delivery): FPO for lighting poles (800–1500 mm, 6 sizes) from UAH 1,500; FPM for floodlight masts and lightning protection masts (10 sizes) from UAH 5,200; FKM for catenary poles (4 sizes) from UAH 4,800.
How to read the mark
- FPO-1200-2: the first number is the cage height in mm, the second is the variant number (variants differ in the frame size and in the anchor diameter);
- FPM-400-950 (FKM-410-800 reads the same way): the first number is the distance between anchors B in mm, the second is the cage height H in mm;
- the D/n entry in the tables is the anchor diameter and number, for example 20/4 means four anchors of 20 mm.

Anchor bolts
Anchor diameters in our cages: M20, M24, M27 (FPO); M27, M30, M36 (FPM); M36, M42 (FPMV); M27, M30, M36, M42 (FKM). The anchors must match the holes in the pole flange, so there is no point in taking a larger cage “just in case”.

Questions about foundation anchor cages
What decides which anchor cage a pole needs?
The range and height of the pole and, for FKM, the load class P of the BKM mast (the table is on the catenary masts page). It is enough to send the pole mark or height, and we will pick the cage size.
Can an FPM cage be used for a PMV mast?
No. PMV masts need FPMV cages, which have a different anchor layout. For example, a PM-20 mast takes FPM-570-950 (12 M30 anchors), while a PMV-20 takes FPMV-810-1200 (16 M36 anchors).
How much do foundation anchor cages cost?
FPO for lighting poles start from UAH 1,500 each, FPM for floodlight masts from UAH 5,200, FKM for catenary poles from UAH 4,800 (including VAT, excluding delivery).
