Price of the PMO-7

Price of PMO poles: from UAH 5,000 to 17,000 each including VAT (as of September 2026), a range for the whole height series. The PMO-7 price within it depends on height and fit-out; the exact price comes from a calculation — tell us the quantity and the delivery place.

The price includes the galvanised shaft and the inspection hatch. The FPO-1000-1 anchor cage, brackets, crossarms, delivery and installation are priced separately.

Where PMO-7 is used

The PMO-7 lighting pole is meant for luminaires, floodlights and video surveillance equipment. We recommend PMO poles for trench cable supply: in parks, squares, villages and other sites.

In the park range, 7 m poles suit wider alleys and open areas: the higher the mounting height, the wider the lit strip, but the lower the illuminance under the luminaire. The PMO-7 lights a strip up to 7 m wide with one-sided spacing and up to 14 m with opposite spacing.

The hatch at the bottom of the pole is standard. On request we make the pole without a hatch, in a hinged version with a hinged anchor cage, and paint it any colour.

Permitted luminaire area on the PMO-7

Permitted total luminaire area on the PMO-7 (Caer = 1, terrain type III) at different wind pressures; Q and M are the shear force and bending moment at the pole base. Check your own luminaires in the pole selection calculator by area and mass.

Installation and foundation of the PMO-7 pole

The PMO-7 pole stands on a foundation anchor cage: it is placed in the formwork and concreted with the foundation in advance, and the pole flange is bolted to the anchor bolts. More in Foundation anchor cages FPO, FPM, FKM and Lighting pole foundations.

Matching parts for the PMO-7

  • Anchor cage: FPO-1000-1 — 1000 mm high, anchor bolts M24, 4 pcs.
  • Brackets KO1 and KO2: KO1(2)-1-1-1.5 (one arm) and KO1(2)-2-1-1.5 (two arms) — the load table is calculated for them.

Material and corrosion protection

For steel 3 mm thick, ISO 1461 requires a mean zinc coating thickness of at least 55 µm (local at least 45 µm). How it is checked: Zinc coating thickness.

The PMO-7 pole in numbers

The pole mass is 75 kg, about 10.7 kg per metre of height. The diameter decreases from 206 mm at the bottom to 60 mm at the top, by about 21 mm per metre.

Luminaires on the PMO-7: area, mass and pole spacing

At 7 m, the PMO-7 still has headroom for a 2-arm bracket. At 400 Pa it takes 0.783 m² in total, at 500 Pa 0.555 m². The top accepts 2.202 and 1.649 m², a 1-arm bracket 1.755 and 1.279 m². Consider a pair of luminaires of 0.3 m² and 12 kg each. Mass is fine: 12 kg per arm against a 15 kg limit. The 0.6 m² area passes at 400 Pa but not at 500 Pa. Then choose 0.25 m² luminaires (0.5 m² together) or the UMO-7 with a 4 mm wall and a 0.839 m² limit. The PLO-7 does not suit a pair: at 500 Pa it allows 0.054 m². You can test your own combination in the pole selection calculator by luminaire area and mass. Indicative spacing is 21–28 m, refined by the lighting calculation.
