Price of the DMO-8
Price of DMO poles: from UAH 25,000 to 39,000 each including VAT (as of September 2026), a range for the whole height series. The DMO-8 price within it depends on height and fit-out; the exact price comes from a calculation — tell us the quantity and the delivery place.
The price includes the galvanised shaft and the inspection hatch. The FPO-1500-2 anchor cage, brackets, crossarms, delivery and installation are priced separately.

Where DMO-8 is used
The DMO-8 lighting pole is meant for luminaires and floodlights on roads and highways. DMO poles also suit intermediate supports for SIP (self-supporting insulated cable).
Power reaches DMO poles by an overhead line, so one pole can carry both a luminaire and SIP cable. With staggered two-sided spacing the DMO-8 covers a strip of about 12 m.
The DMO pole comes with a 500 × 120 mm inspection hatch; we paint it any colour on request.
Permitted luminaire area on the DMO-8
Permitted total luminaire area on the DMO-8 (Caer = 1, terrain type III) at different wind pressures; Q and M are the shear force and bending moment at the pole base. Check your own luminaires in the pole selection calculator by area and mass.

Installation and foundation of the DMO-8 pole
The DMO-8 pole stands on a foundation anchor cage: it is placed in the formwork and concreted with the foundation in advance, and the pole flange is bolted to the anchor bolts. More in Foundation anchor cages FPO, FPM, FKM and Lighting pole foundations.

- Anchor cage: FPO-1500-2 — 1500 mm high, anchor bolts M24, 4 pcs.
- Brackets KO1 and KO2: KO1(2)-1-2-2 (one arm) and KO1(2)-2-2-2 (two arms) — the load table is calculated for them.
Material and corrosion protection
For steel 4 mm thick, ISO 1461 requires a mean zinc coating thickness of at least 70 µm (local at least 55 µm). How it is checked: Zinc coating thickness.
The DMO-8 pole in numbers
The pole mass is 148.2 kg, about 18.5 kg per metre of height. The diameter decreases from 238 mm at the bottom to 110 mm at the top, by about 16 mm per metre.
How to choose luminaires for DMO-8
A wind pressure of 500 Pa applies, for example, to Vinnytsia and Dnipro (W0 = 0.47 kPa). At that pressure DMO-8 allows 1.1 m² on top and 0.84 m² on a single-arm bracket with 2 m outreach. A twin-arm one takes 0.34 m² in total. At 400 Pa: 1.78, 1.44 and 0.63 m².
Take two road luminaires of 0.25 m² and 12 kg each. Together that is 0.5 m²: a twin-arm bracket accepts them at 400 Pa but not at 500 Pa. For two-sided lighting in those cities, DMO-7 with 0.52 m² fits. A single 0.25 m² luminaire on DMO-8 passes even at 600 Pa, where the arm limit is 0.45 m². Power comes via aerial bundled cable; the pole stands on 4 M24 bolts and an FPO-1500-2 anchor cage. Indicative spacing is 24–32 m, refined by a lighting calculation.
