Price of the PKO-5
Price of PKO poles: from UAH 3,800 to 16,600 each including VAT (as of September 2026), a range for the whole height series. The PKO-5 price within it depends on height and fit-out; the exact price comes from a calculation — tell us the quantity and the delivery place.
The price includes the galvanised shaft and the inspection hatch. The FPO-800-1 anchor cage, brackets, crossarms, delivery and installation are priced separately.

Where PKO-5 is used
The PKO-5 lighting pole is meant for luminaires, floodlights and video surveillance equipment. We recommend PKO poles for trench cable supply: in parks, squares, villages and other sites.
The PKO-5 belongs to the main park range: parks, squares and courtyards mostly use 3–6 m poles. With one-sided spacing such a pole lights a strip up to 5 m wide (a path, a yard); with staggered two-sided spacing, about 7.5 m.
The hatch at the bottom of the pole is standard. On request we make the pole without a hatch, in a hinged version with a hinged anchor cage, and paint it any colour.
Permitted luminaire area on the PKO-5
Permitted total luminaire area on the PKO-5 (Caer = 1, terrain type III) at different wind pressures; Q and M are the shear force and bending moment at the pole base. Check your own luminaires in the pole selection calculator by area and mass.

Installation and foundation of the PKO-5 pole
The PKO-5 pole stands on a foundation anchor cage: it is placed in the formwork and concreted with the foundation in advance, and the pole flange is bolted to the anchor bolts. More in Foundation anchor cages FPO, FPM, FKM and Lighting pole foundations.

- Brackets KO1 and KO2: KO1(2)-1-1-1.5 (one arm) and KO1(2)-2-1-1.5 (two arms) — the load table is calculated for them.
Material and corrosion protection
For steel 3 mm thick, ISO 1461 requires a mean zinc coating thickness of at least 55 µm (local at least 45 µm). How it is checked: Zinc coating thickness.
The PKO-5 pole in numbers
The pole mass is 39 kg, about 7.8 kg per metre of height. The diameter decreases from 120 mm at the bottom to 60 mm at the top, by about 12 mm per metre.
PKO-5: matching the pole to its luminaires
Among the conical park poles, PKO-5 has the largest permitted area on top: 1.035 m² at 400 Pa. At 500 Pa the limit is 0.78 m², with a maximum mass of 50 kg. A single-arm bracket with 1.5 m outreach allows 0.714 and 0.504 m²; a twin-arm one, 0.289 and 0.189 m² in total.
A 0.25 m², 10 kg park luminaire on one arm fits within 0.504 m² at 500 Pa. The mass is fine too, since each arm may carry up to 15 kg. A pair of 0.15 m² luminaires on two arms gives 0.3 m², slightly above 0.289 m² even at 400 Pa. For two heads at the same height there is PMO-5: 0.684 m² on a twin-arm bracket at 400 Pa. Spacing for a 5 m mounting height is roughly 15–20 m; a lighting calculation will refine it.
