How to use the catalogue

The tables below list steel fittings for 0.4–10 kV overhead line poles that we make to the standard album 3.407.1-143 (issue 8, “Steel structures of poles”). Each row gives the designation, the drawing number and the mass. The “Also written” column helps if your specification spells a code differently: the same part turns up as “TM-3”, “TM3” and “TM 3”. Designations are transliterated into Latin letters from the original Cyrillic codes (T = Т, M = М, S = С, O = О, G = Г, B = Б, Kh = Х).

  • the drawing number lets you check the composition and dimensions of a part against the album;
  • the mass is taken from the drawing, before galvanising: hot-dip galvanising adds the mass of the coating;
  • which parts a given pole needs is decided by the line design, either a standard solution or the customer’s drawing;
  • if a part is not in the tables, we will make it to your drawing or sketch (KM or KMD).

TM cross-arms

TM steel cross-arms hold the wires and insulators on pole shafts. The table lists the items we make, with drawing numbers and mass.

How to order the fittings

In the request, list the designations and quantities, for example: “TM-6 — 40 pcs, OG-13 — 40 pcs”. Say whether you need hot-dip galvanising. If a part differs from the standard one, attach a drawing.

The price depends on the quantity, coating and drawing, so we calculate it on request. The typical lead time is 3–4 weeks if the product is not in stock; we confirm the exact time after the calculation. The ordering procedure is described in the article How to order poles and masts, and the coating in more detail on the page Hot-dip galvanising. For an overview of the whole product group, see Structures for 0.4–10 kV overhead lines.

Catalogue of fittings for 0.4–10 kV lines: frequently asked questions

What do TM, TS and OG stand for?

They are part codes from album 3.407.1-143: TM for cross-arms, TS for extensions, OG for pole heads and plates, OT for a plate, B for bolts, Kh for clamps. Each section heading names its group of parts.

Can I order parts that are not in the tables?

Yes. We make steel parts to your KM or KMD drawings. Send a drawing or a sketch and state the dimensions and quantity.

Do you galvanise the parts?

Yes, by hot-dip galvanising to DSTU EN ISO 1461:2024. The bath measures 13,000 × 1,600 × 3,200 mm, and there is no minimum order.

How much does a part cost, and when will it be ready?

The price depends on the quantity, coating and drawing, so we calculate it on request. The typical lead time is 3–4 weeks if the product is not in stock.
