What we know about FShR-15-5.I-9.4

The shaft is tapered and multi-sided: sections up to 12 m long are joined by a telescopic joint, so at 15 m there are at least 2 sections.

Reading the mark: FShR is the series, 15 the height in metres, 5.I the wind region and terrain type, 9.4 the flag area in m².

The embedded part FZ-FShR-15-5.I-9.4 is an anchor block under the foundation; its price is separate from the price of the pole itself.

Where the flag first grows noticeably

The flag area is 9.4 m² (2.5 × 3.75 m). That is 1.56 times the 12 m model’s flag for only three more metres, a 25 % gain in height. Sail area grows faster than height here, and the shaft diameter and wall thickness are set by calculation from the height, flag and wind region.

Hoisting stays manual: outside halyard, top block, cleat. There is no remote control, as in the whole series. 15 m sits inside the FShR range of 10–20 m, while the FShL winch series starts at 20 m. For a non-standard height or flag size the series is chosen on request.
